It’s official - We’re finally homeowners and thrilled to introduce to you for the first time, Willow! 

{remember my “drawing” from way-back-when?}

{okay, so maybe my likeness wasn’t precise, but you got the general idea... ps. please excuse that unruly bush in the front}

The work began literally within hours our having keys in hand. J and I were talking about the irony that within 24 hours we’ve been able to make the interior of our house virtually unrecognizable (and not in a cute way). The floors are naked, the walls are splotched with paint samples, the counters are off, the kitchen drywall is gone, the pipes are exposed. Some may call it a disaster. I’m calling it seriously impressive. I’ve been taking before and during pictures like crazy, and don’t worry they’re coming... I just have to put down my demolition tools long enough to upload them  =)

Ladies and gents, the work has just begun...
