:: Being required to drive a car every day. (If I could bike my way to school I would, but all the protective and wise people in my life would never allow it.)
:: Parking, parking, parking.
:: Having to be compliant and act interested in topics such as race and gender issues, and pretend that I'm actually going to use this useless information when teaching kindergartners.
Please forgive my venting. Don't worry, I'll find something good in all this by next week, but until I'm acclimated to school again I plan to ignore it all and enjoy the weekend!
A friend is having his birthday celebration here and I'm so excited. Hopefully the rain will only be temporary because I'm looking forward to this more than you could imagine. To be honest, I never really enjoyed the fair too much when it was at liberty land. There were parts that I liked, but it always just seemed a little dirty and more "city" than "country." However, this, I could not be more happy to attend.
