{start with an awkward looking/impractically sized closet}
{preferably one that is yet to be painted white on the inside... this is sure to result in a more dramatic transformation =) }
{Using the screwdriver, remove hinges/door then use a wood chisel to pry the wooden strip off the door frame (fyi I used a chisel instead of a crowbar to keep from denting the door frame). Another word to the wise: Do all this before you paint. We didn’t, thus adding an unnecessary step...}
{using spackling compound, we filled, then sanded in the indentions on the inside of the door frame... 2 coats of paint later, they were looking good as new}
{see!?}
{after}
{can you believe it used to look like this!?}
{i also got a little tag-happy and labeled everything}
{you know you’re a product junkie when lotions and sprays get their own basket}
{love}

Hi! I found your blog through Maria Thomas' blog. I am from Memphis, and I am friends with Jenny Triplett and was in choir with Jason and Lauren back in the day.
Anyways, just wanted to let you know that I love your blog!! My dream is to "re-do" a home, although it's gonna be a while seeing how my hubby is in the military. haha. Anyways, I love all your renovations :)
Well, thank ya'... and what a small world! We’re still just learning as we go, but it’s so much fun - I totally recommend it!
Thanks for the encouragement and your sweet comment! :)
